EDWIN WINE BAR AND CELLAR

Edwin Wine Bar is the first BPM hospitality venue occupying the ground floor of our landmark Southbank tower – Shadow Play. It also represents the premiere BPM Atelier designed hospitality space.
The menu is sourced exclusively from boutique Victorian producers and with a gender balanced wine list showcasing at least 50% female wine makers, this unique dining concept demands a space just as daring and original.
Incorporating a restaurant, wine bar and private cellar dining room the project had to accommodates all 3 offerings in a colour palette and finishes list that would do justice to the quality of the food and beverage being served.
